Salinas Police Officers responded to a report of shots fired in the area of Bellhaven Street and First Avenue. Upon arrival, officers located a deceased Hispanic male adult, possibly in his 20's in the middle of the road. He had been shot several times. Investigation continues and more information will be provided at a later time.
