Incident: Homicide Victim Identification

Location: 700 Blk of Holly St.
On December 11, 2017, at approximately 4:00 pm, officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Holly St. on the report of a victim of a shooting. When officers arrived the found a male laying in the street, suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was pronounced deceased at the scene by medical personnel. The victim has been identified as 29-year-old Hector Oswaldo Sandoval of Gonzales, CA.
