Officers responded to a home in the 1200 block of Polk Street for a report of an adult male gunshot wound victim. At the residence, officers found Daniel Martinez Jr. (37) with a gunshot wound. Officers provided CPR, but Mr. Martinez was pronounced dead at the scene. A dark colored car was supposedly seen leaving the area. This is being investigated as gang-related.
