Officers observed a suspicious vehicle driving erratically in the area of Santa Maria and Smith St. The silver 2000 Honda Civic was driven by the sole occupant, identified as Ismael Magana (36) . The vehicle was found to be reported stolen.
Magana was arrested without incident. A search subsequent to arrest revealed Magana was in possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and burglary tools.
Magana was transported to the county jail and booked on the listed charges.
