Location: 200 Block of Soledad St
Officers responded to shots fired on the 200 block of Soledad Street and located a 23-year-old victim. The male had been shot one time in the buttocks and was laying in an apartment complex carport. The victim could not provide any information on what occurred. Officers located multiple expended bullet casings in the street. A Burgundy Honda was seen speeding away from the area.
