Officers responded to reports of shots fired in the area of Iris Dr and Tyler St. They located Manuel Hoyos, age 28, in his vehicle after he suffered a gunshot wound. Medical arrived and he was pronounced at the scene. There are no witnesses and no other information regarding the suspects.
This is the 19th homicide of the year and is being investigated as gang related.
