Officer's responded to a ShotSpotter activation on the 400 block of E. Market St. at approximately 12:30 AM. The officer's located a victim (a security guard) who had apparently been shot at from a dark colored SUV. Several bullet strikes were located and it appears that the guard was the intended target and was unharmed. This case is still under investigation.
