Two groups of males began fighting each other on the 2000 block of N. Main St. when one subject pulled out a handgun and shot a member of the rival group before fleeing the area in a vehicle. The victim was taken to a local hospital by car for treatment. The wounds were considered non-life-threatening. The victim and associates were not cooperative with law enforcement. The suspect is being described as a Hispanic male adult in his early 20's. The investigation is ongoing and the incident is suspected to be gang-related.
