On Saturday, September 22nd at 3:56 pm Salinas Police officers were dispatched to a report of an armed robbery in progress at the Chase Bank located at 800 E. Alisal St. Four armed suspects dressed in dark clothing with their faces covered entered the bank ordering the employees and customers to the floor. Although officers arrived within minutes, the suspects fled with an undisclosed amount of cash prior to police arrival.
