Incident: Possession of a loaded firearm with obliterated serial number

Officers were dispatched to Dubber's Bar on a report of a possible man with a gun. Looking through the indows from outside, based on description, officers could see Estevan Gonzalez (24) seated with another subject near the bar, and what looked like the outline of a gun in his pant pocket. Officers entered and escorted Gonzalez outside at which time he admitted to having a gun on him. A search revealed a loaded firearm with obliterated serial numbers. Gonzales was later transported and booked into MoCo Jail.
