WANTED----Brad "Nicholas" Azcona
The Salinas Police Department is looking for Brad 'Nicholas” Azcona for his involvement in several violent crimes in Salinas. Azcona is the suspected shooter in the death of Ramon Herrera (44) that took place at Market Way and Soledad St. in Salinas on September 23, 2015. Azcona is also suspected of committing an attempted armed robbery in North Salinas with a handgun on September 23, 2015 as well.
Azcona has a lengthy arrest history in Salinas and has been involved in a number of violent crimes in Salinas related to robberies, domestic violence and assaults. Azcona is currently on CDC Parole and is wanted by State Parole.
Azcona should be considered armed and dangerous and a person who has a history of violent tendencies. The public is urged to not confront Azcona if he is spotted but instead immediately call 911 to report his whereabouts.
Azcona is described as a white male 6'0" tall and weighing 215 lbs. Azcona has a fair completion, short blond hair and blue eyes. He may have an unshaven look and/or possibly a goatee.
