Officers responded to a call of a stabbing on Villa St. where officers contacted the female victim (45) who was suffering from stab wounds to the head, abdomen and face.
The investigation revealed the incident had actually started on Central Ave. at West St. The victim was driving in a Honda and the suspect was on a red mountain bike moving in the same direction as they began arguing. Both individuals know each other.
The rolling argument continued as both parties ended on Archer and West St. where the victim exited her vehicle, both became involved in physical altercation. In the process, the suspect who was identified as Manuel Fuentes (48) pulled out a knife and proceeded to stab the victim to the head, abdomen and face before riding away on his bike.
The victim was able to drive herself to Villa St. where police were notified from. The victim suffered serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Fuentes has not been located. Fuentes (48) is described as a Hispanic male adult, 5'5”, 130 Lbs. black hair, brown eyes with tattoos on his left forearm of a man and a woman. Fuentes was last seen wearing a white tee shirt, black jeans, SF Giants cap and dark sun glasses.
